thanks man you are doing a good job by searching these type of companies as they carry in sider trading in there own stock and fool around with people and there money. we should report this to sebi as they should repent for the foul play they are doing with people.

As mentioned by the earlier people i would like to say that no one can fool with people when the company is not involved in it. i further think that in this script also the directors are involved with some broker and are cheating the people by fooling around with there money.
i recommend that strong action should be taken by income tax department and sebi and then to ask them the guru story.
